Uncle DJ's Lap

Usually if the little ones make it to Uncle DJ's lap they are bombarded with lots of tickles and enough "rough housing" to make a mom crazy.  The kids LOVE it and they are always looking for one of their Uncles to oblige their need for airplane rides, tickles or just a little quiet one on one (my personal favorite). 

When Kaitlen was little she used to grab a book and her blankie and cuddle up in DJ's lap so he could read to her...February 11, 2004

 It won't be long and Payten, like big sister Kaitlen, will be sitting on the couch alone reading a book all by herself...they grow up way too fast but I'm so thankful they are growing up.

Yesterday

Teele bought me a new lens for my camera for Christmas so I went out with him and RaLee yesterday to try it out.  I really need my tri-pod I have decided to hold the camera still so I didn't get to use it like I wanted too.  But we had a nice day checking out the water tanks and making sure the horses/cows were okay.  Here are some of the pictures I took...yes they are of RaLee!

I think her favorite part is getting to drive. We have got to get her license...I'm just so scared! There are a lot of accidents out there and I WORRY all the time!

We are looking for a place to take Royal and Charlee for their engagement photos so we went to the ranch for a trial run.  I'm still not sure if this is where we are going to go but we had fun and I think RaLee will love having these photos one day.
