It's really not creepy at all. The books were written by an LDS woman who lives here in Phoenix, The movie was PG. Even Spencer said he was shocked because he was expecting the typical evil vampires and lots of blood. It's a love story. A human girl falls in love with a vampire- book 1 Then book 2 vampire leaves girl because he wants to keepher safe. Enters another boy who turn out to be a Ware Wolf. Then she has to make a choice between the two guys. I don't know it was a very good set of books. Now book 4 is a bit more creepy with some battles between evil vampires so I'm curious how they write that in. But the author has the girl and the boys keep their standards until they are married and they talk alot about "Forever" loves/marraiges. Even Spencer's mom watched it and there are some church movies she won't watch. Like the missionary one that show one of them sitting on the toilet. Can't remember the name right now but as picky as she is she read the books and watched the movie.

Loved the movie. I am a huge fan of the books. Have read them all twice. Thought that they made the movie a little too worldly compared to the tenderness of the book. Loved it nonetheless and going again next week:)

I agree he even looked like her. Jaspers eyes were a little wild then again he still struggle with being a "vegetarian". As far as the worldly thing I know the vampires in the book had money, fast cars and a beautiful home but her house was everyday normal and she had her old red truck. I really thought all of it was true to the book. Loved it. I did feel like it was over too fast. I wanted the rest of it. LOL
