Okay so today I worked on taking down the rest of my Christmas decorations. Now in my younger day everything was down and stored by December 26th but that has changed in my old age. Not only am I lacking the energy I used to have but now I have about 20 or more totes full of Christmas decorations! I did refrain from putting up tree's number 3 and 4 this year and I'm so glad I did.
Anyway back to my story. I'm kicked back in the recliner this evening drinking a diet coke and I see the now empty tree move. What's that? Do I have mice? Rats? Yes the rats come if the field across the street from us gets plowed! But never in the house just the porch, barn, play house and shed. But I'm thinking did they plow? Did the rats get in the house? Then I realize what's in the tree...

"Christmas Tree" sounds like a purr-fect name for the little kitty! ;o)
Ahh now that might be a cute name your friends thought of! Cute kitty and loved all the pictures of Christmas time.
We're in California and Mike got the job at the refinery and started working tonight! 6 p.m. til 5 am maybe! He'll be tired!
Hugs and smiles,love u
Your Kitty is so cute and loveling! Ours is the Kitty from HELL and well you can go from there! Or maybe it is just my little children of the CORN that have made mine CRAzy Kitty!
Oh your cat should learn to be tolerant of the kids as long as they don't abuse him. Kittens are very energetic and LOVE to play with those claws. I have to play with mine several times a day or she just gets crazy. I have also put her in the bathroom for "Time Outs". Hmmmm....RaLee wanted the cat but she goes to school and guess who gets to deal with her...me. But that Kitty stage passes soon enough and then they are fat old lazy cat that hangs out in the window sill and is just really boring...now that's my kind of animal!
Kathy I hope Mike gets put on Days. Nights are so hard and yet Spencer works them and even seems to prefer them. No traffic either war to work and he's home all day, even though sleeping, just in case Crystal needs him. She has a hard time being alone at nights though but has learned to adjust to all the sounds of her new house and is doing better. But she still has her moments. Oh that "Friend" you mentions is actually my sister-in-law she is married to Teele's brother Jim. So You are both my sis in law and friend too. Keep in touch. Love you guys.
I like the Christmas Tree name .. maybe CT for short? If you want something that will stay a little playful and sleep in the windows, on chair backs, in your lap every time you sit down or across your shoulders, try cheap chihuahuas! Mine don't know what they are, the two weigh in almost 20#, combined, and they do entertain once in a while just for the fun of it. If they don't find out what breed they are, they don't yip so much!
your description of the fat cat hanging out in the window sill all day is the perfect description for my dog Mitzi. She is a mini schnauzer and we named her itsy bitsy mitzi. Now she has a skin condition and itches a lot and Danica calls her "itchy bitchy mitzi." haha I like her still even if no one else does!
Tamra that it hilarious! I always liked Mitzi and love Schnauzer's. My Aunt raised them too. So smart and loving. I think RaLee is going to call this cant "Minka". In 6th grade she sent a text out to friends that said, "I'm a Minka" along with a pictur of herself doing a kick. Anyway she meant to say Ninja and so she was called Minka the remainder of the year. She saw her cat do some fancy foot work up the couch and then fly through the air only to cling to my curtains. She said it's a ninja cat! I'll call her Minka!
