Mother's Day and Grandaughters

I hadn't posted pictures from Mother's Day and decided I better get this done before Father's Day is upon us!
We all went to Crystal's house where she and Spencer had made a beautiful dinner of Ham, potatoes, various salads and desert. The table was beautifuly set complete with flowers and their nice wedding china. It was so pretty and I was so thankful for all the hard work put into making it a perfect day for us moms.
Jayden LOVES black olives!
Amanda and John with baby "Izzy". We aren't sure what we are going to call her but it's starting to look like Izzy just might stick.
She was really smiling for Uncle Royal
Then the kids all surprised me with this necklace. I had comented during Christmas after watching the comercial how pretty I thought this open heart design was. I had forgotten about it but Amanda didn't and that's what they decided to get me for Mother's Day. I was overwhelmed and felt very spoiled

Then we enjoyed a piece of the super rich and delicous Costco chocolate cake for desert
Payten was all shy when Royal placed Uncle Johns hat on her head.
But soon warmed up to the camera. She is SO cute!

The best part of the day was watching the men clean up!

The kids played hard outside and I always get a kick out of how dirty they are by the end of the day. They always show up all clean and cute then go home all dirty and tired. It was a really nice day!
Crystal is healing nicely!
Amanda is enjoying being a mom
I enjoyed my visit with Amanda and Izzy today. Izzy went to the Dr's today and is now weighing in at 9lbs 14oz's. She is so sweet and will contentedly lay on your shoulders for hours on end.
Some may think that we are spoiling her but we have learned that this time passes all to quickly so get all those cuddles while you can! Pretty in green

I love the pictures. It is fun to watch the men clean up isn't it . . well sometimes I enjoy it. Sometimes I do wonder how they can make it so hard.

Take care and I am going to come get my Reidhead fix this paycheck before I run out of money . . . like right after the tithing is paid!!!

I really don't mind if I spoil my daughter by letting her sleep on me, or hold her during a nap. . . that is time I get to memorize her every feature, smell, and sound. I LOVE IT! She is getting so big. Thanks for posting this mom!
