Crystal had her surgery bright and early this morning. Amanda and Isabelle arrived at Crystal's house about 4:30 this morning to get the kids off to school and watch Trey and Jayden for her. She was also generous enough to let us drive her Blazer so Crystal would have some room to stretch her leg out on the way home after surgery. Thanks Amanda!
The surgery went well and the Dr. found the stock/source of the cyst and cut/cauterized and stitched it off. So he is hopeful that it will not return. She was promised she would be numb until 7 this evening but was miserable by noon. She is in a lot of pain but is home and on the mend.

Man, they have been through a lot! I'm glad the surgery went well and hope she's back on her feet soon!
Thanks for the update! If it hurts to much, smash a toe n the other foot and you'll forget all about it . . . I'm sorry, I know I should just stuff a sock in it once in a while. I am glad that they found the source and sure pray that it will not give you any more trouble.
Hope they gave you something of the pain, like you need any more of that right now.
It was a long day for all of us for all various reasons, but I'm so excited that they Doctor got the stem of the cyst! I hope you feel better Crystal! I love you!
Finally she has it removed it has been bothering her for years now. I'm glad she is home hopefully the pain isn't going to last long.
Love you Crystal
Crystal discovered last night that she is also allergic or super sensitive to pain meds like me. She took one Vicodin then 4 hours later a second and then the vomiting started. She threw up all night long. I felt so bad for her because I know how sick I get on pain meds! It sucks because you either take them and the foot feels better and be sick or just suffer. Her foot is killing her. I talked to Debi and she had the same procedure and said she would much rather have a baby that the pain was horrible. But she has a day behind her it can only get better...right?
Hopefully Crystal will have a good and fast recovery. That girl has been through so much lately. My heart goes out to her.
As for the "under-doggie"...it is when you are pushing them in a swing and then run really fast and give them a BIG push as the swing goes over your head. It's kind of hard to explain. I'm sure your kids know. Brody doens't like it AT ALL!
Wow! What an ordeal to have to go through. I'm glad they found the source of the growth and were able to get it out. I sure think about all of your family often and send a prayer for them. I get the updates from my mom after she talks with you. I'm truly inspired by the strength of you guys. What a blessing it is to have you guys as such good friends.
