It was VERY hot today. In fact it reached 109 at our house today so after church Caden was not very happy at all! I tried photographing him in the dark shade where he was somewhat happy but the pictures were too dark. So we moved him to some -semi shady areas and as you can see he still wasn't happy!
I had Jessica hold him up to a shady spot that had better lighting and as you can see he was happier for about 30 seconds!
It was just too hot for him so we quickly took a group shot and went to Grandma's house to cool down.

Caden was sound asleep when we arrived home.
But he woke up much happier and blessed grandma with so many cute smiles! Did I mention he is the cutest little boy?
Doesn't he have the most amazing blue eyes, long lashes and beautiful smile?
Our family has been so blessed to be able to welcome this little boy into our family. I am so thankful for him and totally in LOVE!

He is a beautiful little baby boy. I love his lashes and big blue eyes! HE is not afraid to pass out the smiles and little giggles. The boy HATES to be hot that is for sure! I think John did a great job and gave him a beautiful blessing. I am thankful to be apart of such a wonderful family. It was a good day to celebrate the birth of a new baby.

You can certainly tell all your grands are related. They all look like they could be siblings rather than cousins! What a handsome little guy Caden is! So precious! Congratulations again, GRANDMA!!
Oh wow those eyes are gonna make a lot of girls jealous for lots of years. He's such a cutie! It's always so hard to do weddings and blessings during the summer heat. I'm glad a nap helped him feel better. Congrats!
You're right. He is such a cute little boy. I have to agree with him. It's not fun when it's so hot outside.
