I got to go see SOME of the new high school at the open house last Monday. The cheerleaders had to conduct the tours so RaLee was going to be busy. We decided to go early so she could take me around to her classes. Because we were so early I didn’t get to see everything but here are a few of the pictures I took. This school is AMAZING to say the least. All of my kids were fortunate to attend brand new High Schools but I think this one takes the cake!
RaLee’s Agriculture Science class has the job of maintaining this garden.
There are tons of hallways. It was like a maze I was glad RaLee and Emily knew where they were going!
There are TONS of stairs…I thought I was going to pass out. RaLee has to go up and down them every class change. She really didn’t get a break when it came to convenience of class schedule! RaLee is looking down at me laughing and saying, “Come on old lady your almost there!”
This is RaLee demonstrating how she feels about these stairs at the end of the day!
I think this is her Physics class…Who knows I was too busy trying to catch my breath after all the stair climbing!
They have balconies with tables to sit on while they enjoy awesome views!
This is where she sit’s during Coyote Skills…an awesome program by the way! She was telling me that she is turning over a new leaf this year and CHOSE to sit in the front of the class where she will be less apt to GAB!
They have a BEAUTIFUL cafeteria!
Can you believe those table tops!
Check out these Booths! Spoiled kids I tell ya!
This is the room the cheerleaders practice their cheer dances in. It’s complete with audio and video. These kids are so blessed!
So we have been very busy around our house preparing for this Thursday. What is Thursday you ask? Well it’s Comb’s High’s FIRST EVER HOME FOOTBALL GAME! We are so excited and RaLee, Crystal and I have worked for three weeks getting ready. RaLee painted TONS of posters and even this banner that she Free Handed on a sheet! She is constantly amazing me with her many talents
These girls painted so many posters
Then the RaLee asked if Crystal and I could make bows for the J.V. squad so we made bows.
And back to the store we went to buy more clips and ribbon for the Freshman squad…poor Crystal worked for hours and hours on these bows!
Then we learned that they can’t wear CLIPS because of the stunting so now I have to pull all the bows off of their clips and tie them onto elastic hair ties…for safety. Live and Learn.
Then the girls are in desperate need of fund raising activities so I made a quilt to be raffled off at the last home game. I’m happy to say it’s finally DONE! It’s nothing fancy due to short notice but hopefully they sell enough tickets to help bring down their $2,000 deficit.
Of course when ever Ray and Emily get together we have a lot of this…
My house looks like it threw up red and black. I have one more thing to make and I’ll be done (for now). I’m making Jayden a cheer uniform today I can’t wait to see her in it she is going to look adorable! So can you tell there is a lot of Coyote Pride going on at the Reidhead house! Of course we will take tons of pictures and blog about the first home game! I’m so excited because every game last year was away. Having their own field to play and cheer on is really exciting!

Such a fun time for Rae and all those girls. The blanket is amazing, as well as all the hair bows! Great work you guys!!!
I just have to add ... that Miss Ralee is an EXCELLENT cheer leader! We loved watching that fun cute girl! After the game was over, as we were walking out I heard her telling some of the other cheer leaders...come on guys, picking up and cleaning up is just one more thing that cheer leaders do! Cracked me up!
