Jessica and John have a very unique story. Well, unique to us "Old Timers" maybe not so much to the young ones with internet dating and all. They both joined LDSsingles.com. That first week she and John exchanged "Winks". Then they emailed each other...then came the telephone calls...and three days later they were talking marraige! Way to fast for this old lady's heart if you ask me. Anyway John flew to Arizona July 3rd and proposed the night of the fourth. He was very shy but all of us liked him immediately. This past year I have loved getting to know his personality and his sense of humor!
They each brought 5 year old daughters to the union. Jessica's...Kaitlen and John's...Haven. Those two little girls fell in love at first sight! And so did Grandma! Haven is such a sweet little girl and very shy. Hmmm...I wonder who she gets that from?
They had a beautiful sunset wedding in our back yard. Some of the photos were taken with the most beautiful sunset, as a back drop, I had ever seen. Grandpa Reidhead appropriately named it the "John Wayne Sunset". It was very beautiful. Above are some of my favorite photos from that day.
