What We Have Been Up Too

Royal and Charlee moved into their new home.  They were so excited to have the final papers signed and keys in hand to their first home.  They moved in and a few days later they had already hand trenched their sprinkler system and laid rock down!  They have a load of Sod coming tomorrow...man what would it be like to be so young and full of that much energy?  I'm so proud of them!  This day and age most people just hire a landscaper and make payments.  They have done it all for less than $200!  It got dark before I could take a picture of their front yard but here is the back...so far.

This is their bed...isn't it beautiful?  I'm showing you this because Charlee made this all by herself!  She loves working with wood and creating western furnture.  She is thinking about selling furniture.
My dad and step mom- Momma Mary, came to see Ellie.  Dad never got to see Sage when he was alive so he makes certain he comes to visit all the new babies as soon as possible.  He thought she was so beautiful!

 Mary and Ellie
William is so in love with his little sister
This is what kind of mess a bunch of cheerleaders can make when they are painting T-shirts!  Notice all the soda cans and popcorn?
RaLee has a natural talent when it comes to drawing and all the girls love teasing her about her shirt.  They tell her she buys hers in the store and the rest of them make theirs.

RaLee has been busy raising money for cheer.  Each girl has to raise nearly $1,200 to cheer.  The money covers, uniforms, camps and competition fees.  This is Combs first year for a Varsity Team and the lights to the football field will come on for the first time ever on a Friday night!  The girls are making history and they are SO excited!  News Channel 15 came out and did a story on them, their new school and their fund raising efforts.  This is a picture of RaLee on TV.
Looks like I have been nominated to make another quilt for the cheerleaders this year.  They asked me a couple days ago and wanted to know if it would be done by Friday.  Bawhahahahahahahaha thats me laughing histarically.  But I'm going to get busy and maybe just maybe it will be done by next week.  We'll see.
